The shared 3D2N trip follows a fixed route: Padar Island, Pink Beach, Komodo Island and Manta Point. It usually departs Monday to Wednesday and Friday to Sunday. The fare covers the boat, all meals, snorkelling gear and a guide.

The June 2026 listing for Lady Grace shows 10 cabins for up to 10 guests. The same listing also has a price band for 11–20 guests, so ask the desk how the larger band works for overnight trips before you book. What is not included in the price?
Budget for these costs on top of the fare:
- Komodo National Park fee: Komodo Luxury suggests allowing USD 40–50 per person, paid once per trip.
- Flights: Denpasar (DPS) to Labuan Bajo (LBJ) is not included, and fares change by date. The safest plan is to arrive the day before, so budget one hotel night. Komodo Luxury also sells “tour with hotel” bundles.
- Alcohol: optional and charged separately.
- Crew tips: up to you and not part of the fare. Ask the desk what is usual.
- Extra guests on private charters: charged at the per-guest fees in the table above.
Some 2026 park rules have also been reported. There is a cap of about 1,000 visitors a day, enforced since 1 April 2026, with timed entry slots.
