Contact · two channels only

Two ways to reach the desk, and no others

WhatsApp +62 811-3823-875, or sales@komodoluxury.com. Both go to the Komodo Luxury reservations team in Labuan Bajo. Anything else asking you for payment is not us.

Check my dates

The short version

Send your travel dates, guest count and whether you want a shared cabin or a private boat. The team comes back with real availability, not a brochure.

  • Both channels reach the same reservations team in Labuan Bajo
  • Passport details are not needed in your first message
  • The desk is based in Labuan Bajo, but no street address is published — arrange a meeting first
  • Nobody at this desk guarantees dragon sightings, mantas or the weather

Plate I

Which channel to use

Both reach the same team. What differs is how you like to work and what you need in writing.

What to put in your first message

A complete first message saves a round of questions. Here is what the desk asks for, and why it matters.

Scroll the table sideways for every column

What to put in your first message
Detail Example Why it matters
Travel dates 12–14 October 2026, flexible by two days 3D2N open trips usually run Mon–Wed and Fri–Sun, so flexibility opens more departures
Guest count 2 adults, 1 child aged 9 Cabin types and charter price bands depend on headcount
Format Shared 3D2N cabin, or a whole private boat Shared cabins are priced per person; charters per vessel
Budget Your comfortable range per person, or for the whole boat Narrows the shortlist to vessels that fit
Occasion Honeymoon, birthday, proposal, family reunion Shapes cabin choice and how the team plans the evening stops
Arrival plan Flying Denpasar (DPS) to Labuan Bajo (LBJ) the day before Confirms you have a buffer before boarding

Copy-ready: "Hi, we are 2 adults looking at a Komodo cruise on 12–14 October 2026 (flexible). Shared cabin or small private boat, and please quote both. It is our honeymoon. Flying in from Bali the day before." Passport details are not needed yet — you are asked for them after you confirm, for the park manifest.

Plate III

What happens after you write

Five stages from first message to boarding. Nothing is committed until stage three.

  1. Stage 1

You send dates and guest count

The team replies with the departures and vessels that are actually free on those days.

  2. Stage 2

    You review the options

Open trips come back as departures and cabin types. Private trips come back as vessels, each with its own charter price.

  3. Stage 3

    You choose and confirm

Payment terms and inclusions are set out in writing before you commit to anything.

This is the first point at which anything is binding.

  4. Stage 4

    You send manifest details

Passport details go on the operator manifest used for park pre-registration.

Walk-in entry is not reliable under the reported 2026 rules.

  5. Stage 5

    You arrive and board

Boats leave from Labuan Bajo. Arriving the day before departure is the safest plan.

Especially if you are flying in from Bali.

How to tell a real message from a fake one

Check every message against these two points of contact. If anything else asks you for payment, stop.

  1. WhatsApp: +62 811-3823-875 only.
  2. Email: sales@komodoluxury.com only.
  3. If another number, a personal email or a social media inbox asks for payment, do not pay — forward it to +62 811-3823-875 and ask the team to confirm.
  4. Be just as wary of anyone promising dragon sightings, manta encounters or perfect weather. The desk guarantees none of those, because nobody honestly can.
  5. Send passport details only to those two contacts, never to an address you cannot verify.

Plate IV

Planning notes worth knowing first

Ask the desk how any of these affects your dates.

  1. Season

Cruises run all year, but most open-trip departures cluster April to November. December to March brings more weather changes.

  2. Published departures

Weekly departures are published for 2026 and 2027.

  3. Park visitor cap

A cap of about 1,000 visitors a day with timed entry sessions was reported as enforced from 1 April 2026.

  4. After-dark movement

The Labuan Bajo harbourmaster (KSOP) has reportedly limited tourist-boat movement after dark in high-risk park zones since 10 January 2026.
