How many other guests will be on board?
That depends on the boat and on how many cabins have sold for your date. Komodo Luxury publishes a maximum guest count and cabin count for each vessel, not a typical head count per departure. As of September 2026, its open trip page lists:

Those are ceilings. A departure with half its cabins sold carries far fewer people. The cabin plan also shapes the mix: boats with several triples and quads tend to fill with friend groups and families, while boats built around doubles lean towards couples.

Private charters are priced per vessel, never per person, so the comparison only works one boat at a time. Here it is for Malca Voyages. As of 2026, its vessel page lists a private charter at USD 5,300 for 2D1N or USD 6,000 for 3D2N, each for 1-12 guests.
